Are we running out of Food? Melamine..is everywhere

First....we found it in Dairy products...that contain milk from the infected or should I say irresponsible companies.....

• Suddenly....lt seem like all product from China is a ?....is it safe?
• AVA suddenly have this task at hand to sample all products on the supermarket shelves..FYI...even Milo is not spare of this check...
• Our CNY Goodies..."little Rabbit" sweet is infected....
• Withdrawal of "Made in China"all Dairy product or products that contain milk from the shelves...
• The Poison Nissin instant Noodles...

Now...the Latest......Eggs...from CHINA...

I think I better stay away from China-made product..till they really come out with something....which i must say some miracles....

I have already Banned All "Made in China" computer product..ever since my make in China "Toshiba" notebook die on me...after 1 month of minimum usage....

Nike+IPOD = a motivating gadget

Been really lazy lately..skipping Gym quite abit....feeling extremely tired after work to even go for a workout.....The End results...I put on 1Kg of Weight....

FYI....I was 67kg....(do the maths)


Wanted to get this cool gadget...to get me running again....but put it off due to that I don have a Nike+ Running Shoe...

And then the Papers say they have a 3rd party holder......and I got it.....been using it for a while..now...but still need to calibrate.....abit off on the distance....

And now I am motivated...again....42K.....here i come....

2mins Tree-Top Walk and A Drunky night....

Wake up real....early for this Tree top walk that only lasted like 2mins...We were playing host to our HK Classmate from Sheffield....Douglas.....


the other 2.5hours ...was spending trekking to the place...a total of 10km....to and from....


@ the half way point...stop by and rest....photo-spot...


Feeling tired but....it's a great workout...


Look at the greenery up here....didn't know urban Singapore still have such thick "forest"

Hungry is the word after this walk.....and it off to TPY to resolve this....But the day did not end this early....We are off to St James....Dragonfly.....for a fun fun night...

I must say I was guity too in getting the "HKee" Drunk....but look like I am more drunk.....

The chicken wing and the nacho chips with cheese was really delicious..here.....

I think everyone is pretty high when we left...the place.....we have ice throwing....drinking from the ice tub.......

Remember back in the Sheffield's Day....this kind of partying is pretty common....and still very much enjoy it now....ha...

My 21Km Run ....Certificate.....42Km....Yoohoo

My Official Certificate has arrived....though not something to boast about......it still an achievement for me...My very first completed 21Km Run....

I must say...I only jog for about 15Km...non-stop...the rest is like 1km...walk and jog...

Must really do better next year....Timing of 2hrs and 37min.....is pretty slow....(for a guy), but should be easily broken....

Do the Maths....I would ideally finish my 42Km Full Marathon...in about 6hrs....(wonder is the finishing pt still there by then...ha)

Yes....I have sign-up for this run....coming in Dec-7th..Wish me luck

"Live" @ F1 Circuit...Vroom......

Was "live" at the F1 Circuit on Sunday...to just get a feel of how F1 Racing is like...hah....didn't expect it to be so loud....and crowded....

Everyone is wearing an F1-related Tee.....and also carrying the F1 badges....(aka Passes)


Such an important date in Singapore History...not forgetting a snapshot...

FYI...I didn't know we can actually get passes into the F1 Circuit...3 day --> $168....Let do that in 2009.....

F1 is in Town...for the first time

Didn't really find F1, Formula 1 racing to be this exciting....used to play the Playstation game...and find it really boring...racing round and round the track


But this time round, the event is coming to Singapore for the very first time and also world first...Night Race...First time I am really amazed with the singapore night skyline....

Caught it at the Grand Cathay....and I was really surprise...by the show...turn out that Meryl Streep can sing....so does Pierce Brosnan.

Seen the Actual Musical before, and I must say it comparable...and this is way way better than hairspray...
