"Live" @ F1 Circuit...Vroom......

Was "live" at the F1 Circuit on Sunday...to just get a feel of how F1 Racing is like...hah....didn't expect it to be so loud....and crowded....

Everyone is wearing an F1-related Tee.....and also carrying the F1 badges....(aka Passes)


Such an important date in Singapore History...not forgetting a snapshot...

FYI...I didn't know we can actually get passes into the F1 Circuit...3 day --> $168....Let do that in 2009.....

F1 is in Town...for the first time

Didn't really find F1, Formula 1 racing to be this exciting....used to play the Playstation game...and find it really boring...racing round and round the track


But this time round, the event is coming to Singapore for the very first time and also world first...Night Race...First time I am really amazed with the singapore night skyline....

Olympic Closing Ceremony - Handing Over

All my colleagues are talking about how great the Olympics Opening Ceremony is...that I went out to borrow it from my colleagues to watch it.....but haven't "found" the time yet....but the Closing ceremony was thought to be even better....so I stay glue to my TV set....

Come back from work just on time to be able to catch..it..working on Sunday this month seems like a norm with load of stuff to do even on Sunday....missing Church Quite a bit due to this.....


Red...Auspicious color....you would be amazed at how many people, China put into this show....it alot alot of them

No Special effects...here...all real...

They even design a "cycling Wheel" with lights...just to make up the display

A majority part of the closing ceremony is dedicate to addressing the next country that would host the games... LONDON

6 Channels + 1 Free Channel..I meant StarHub & Medicorp

Well...modern day technology have really made life easier and readily available....just look at the Olympics.

I don really follow such events....used to find it really boring watching it....but this year...."year of China" we have 6 Digital Channel, On StarHub Channel 600 - 606.


We can select from 6 Channels, We can Watch Beach Volley Ball....

Table Tennis....Almost Every match is shown here....including our Singapore's matches

Even women's Hockey is included...though don really like to watch this....

Men's Softball.....didn't know they have this category for men...thought it usually girls who play this...as when I am in school they don have this for guys...ha..it pretty fast games...i must say

Weight lifting...It amazing how much these fellow can lift....tough training ...and damaging to their body

Best of all, We can even get to enjoy Olympics in HD on Mediacorp HD5.....really spolit for choices...been following this since...but usually watching weight-lifting...gymnastics and table tennis....

And one of the most talk about ....characters in the games.....is she "under-age"....I have seen a CNN/BBC new report on her...and they are really asking for her to give up her gold...

I really not sure...she sure look very young to me..and I hope the Authority are not "bluffing" us just for the Gold....It has to be a Fair Game....le

Olympic Season - 2008 -- Singapore Vs China (Aka Table Tennis)

I must say...I wasn't having high hopes that Singapore would get the Gold....I mean...What are the odds that could happen in China...

But Still glad that the team make it for the Silver and they did put up a strong fight....The Chinese are just better in their mental ability and skills

12 years of training is worth it after all....

Funny...why I glue to the TV Set for the match...I not a Table-Tennis person....but I think is to support Team Singapore..:-)

Man-Utd is the Champion...2008

Well...I wasn't surprise by the results..though they beat Chelsea last week. StarHub was broadcasting both matches....(Ch1 and HD Ch 303)

I was only watching this match as I am interest to see how they present the "Trophy" I seen this before back in the UK while still studying...kinda want to relive the moment...haha..Deep right


Man-utd finish Top of the EPL with 87pts...beating chelsea to it again. They Beat Wigan by 2 goals while the Blue only managed a Draw (1-1) with Bolton


Once the final Whistle is out....you can see the joy of both the players and the manager "Fergie" as what they call him (though seriously i don think he suit such a "cute name)


See that smile...it really hard work + lot of kicking and scolding of players for him...

Here come the all important "fergie" what could man-utd be without him....I dare not to think...

Jersey no 7, C.R...I must say I am really impress with him..he got the speed and skills and he is highly sought after by "you know who"---> Real Madrid... Will he be in Man-utd next season...we shall see....the temptation of $$ and fame.

Is this the Match of the Season...Chelsea 2, Man-Utd 1

Got a chance to catch the match "Live" on StarHub's HD Channel.

Exciting match...I must say...though I seldom watch it anyway....Chelsea score first in the dieing minutes of the first half by a pass from Joe Cole to "dog"aka Drogba....kinda caught Man-Utd there though.

The 2nd Half Saw Man-Utd coming all out to force a draw...and they manage to do it...with Roney...(kinda "taking Advantage" though) ...they was some confusion leading to the blue passing to the wrong person thinking it a "filed"

I must say...Man-Utd was the stronger team during the 2nd half....they send in their "secret" weapon...."CR", aka No 7, but he wasn't very effective though.

My friend "Alvin" told me...the game end in Chelsea favour when this guy, Vidic was injured.....see how this happens here...


The Ball....come...and it a header for Vidic....dog also try to "kick" the ball as well....but u see...Vidic's head is very near dog's leg...

"BANG" dog hit Vidic's jaw...he headed the ball for sure..but dog give him a kick in the head instead...this must be really painfully

Falling to the ground....with dog "acting" to be painfully as well....Vidic was later seen with mouth full of blood and kinda blur as he cannot figure out his sense of direction.


During the 80+ minutes....a penalty was given...think it was handball or some filed....not too sure..though...but the blue are really happy with the Red...of course complaining to the referee about the decision.


It 2-1 to the Blues..advantage, after Michael Ballack superb kick....catching the goal keeper in the wrong direction....FYI, from the picture above...the ball goes this way--->

After this Win...this is how the EPL table looks...Man-Utd must win all their remaining 2 matches...in order to be champions....(which should be easy as they face the bottom teams)..same for the blues as well...any slip up either side ....will give either side the advantage...

Well...from this static tis...Chelsea did make a better performance....to note that Man-utd actually was caught off-side 6x....mainly by Roney and Giggs...though


Man of the Match I suppose is this guy...Michael Ballack....Germany's Captain...
