Can't help wondering...how "short" Mount Faber is....just look at the photos...and u know what I meant....the view of the city from the top of the "hill"


and the HDB looking down from the hill...was wondering if these flat are expensive as..they are on the hill....(in oversea context...means...high prices..)

It is the Right time??

Been to 2 of such talks...recently....seems like "short-term investment" is the "in" things nowadays...

What I learn from these talks...
- Learn to look at Facts and Figures...(Didn't know this is a knowledge by itself)
- Never to be greedy (you never learn if you do....Temptation....I see)
- Know what is your target and do your research (Else you would be gambling...and that's a sin)
- Learn to grow your wealth (I like this.....)


Kinda thinking of diverse out my investment options...since All my investment now is always been with insurance company....(AIG rings a bell....real bad mistakes..!!!)

I realise there is a new term to what we usually call "Contra", meaning...trading without cash upfront...and gaining the profits....it known more as "Shorting" ....such a "Sophisticated" name
and the new "slogan" --> Buy Low Sell high....(easy say than done..)

Forex...though consider as a high risk investment seems like an interest options....whereas Stocks and Share are more of like Asset (provide u choose good stocks)....to keep and invest-in.

I am thinking hard now.....it about the lowest point to enter the stock market...soon...as so to speak...(colleagues and friends...)

Telecon nights start tomorrow.....

It going to be like regular nights of Telecon.....from this week onwards....
I'm talking about work...though...

Wonder how it is really like....FYI, I don usually engage in such call back in my old days in my previous job....but now at present...this is so so common...

Everyday is either I telecon my collegues...or with my bosses...(This upcoming one is big)
I will be "teleconing" with collegues and bosses from all over the world....(exciting ha)

Let's hope it goes fine.....

My Nike+ IPOD Challenge....

Been trying really hard to upload my run data from my Nike+ via ITUNES...but doesn't seems to work...try to upload it from another PC....though....and it got through...

Now I realize...I got a Bad connection at home....

Manage to got all my Run data uploaded....here is how it look...been running arond 5Km almost everyday..

Just Enrol for fun to Challenge others in training for the StanChart Marathon this coming Dec 7th.....(FYI, 8th is a holiday....)

Also added a goal to Achieve 200km in 4 weeks....(that should be easy...)

Looking forward to running with flying colors...now I am motivated to run again.....Let see how I perform....against...people from around the world (wow)

Gathering @ The Dome - Been a long time.....

Been a long time since we all meet-up and really enjoy our self...and the gossips as well....

If you have not know...most of us have move on to "better" Positions....be it in STM or a new company....Me being the one that have "exited" the "Semicon" industry and join a Design Center..ha...kinda...

Terence (aka the one who took over my job in STM, before I went to France) back fresh from Japan....last I heard off ...is he is designing a "Chip" ...Deep men....and happily attached to his girl...in the photo?? (Guess who)

I believe most of us is happy at where we are....Wanchen especially ....must be looking forward to the coming months...(Those of u who are there should know what I 'm talking about)

It's funny and also keep me thinking on why so many of us have choose to leave.....for me..I have been thinking of that for a very very long time...feeling really disappointed with lost opportunity and also not recognise for all the effort that I have put in...

Was really surprise when "bk" make her first move....followed really closely by ptm..though did know her to well...

then Terence...gone....and I realise how come I am still around...see how much we have changed....guess...the "mummy" as we nickname her....and "u know who"

Miss Yeo is next to go....so fast..was my reaction...but i know it a matter of time..though i did not expect it to be so soon....but surprise no group photos..though....

Kee departure..meant that I am left without a lunch kaki...those new guys...just don't click with me....hiaz...

By the time, I moved on, this is the amount of people in my dept, minus...those new hired...which I don even want to describe......Glad I have make the move...ever since then...I have not be complaining about work ever since...


But Still miss those close friend I have in STM...can't help it...it been a fun 4.5 years there..

Wow...a photos with all my operators...those people I work so closely with when I was there....still remember all those 100% inspection.....

BK is giving birth soon....times really flies...a while back ...just seen Bk's son and now she is pregnant with her 2nd...and so is Kee's wife....who is also expecting their 2nd....

Was suggesting that the next time we meet...should be sometime in Mar or Apr'09...we should go to Bk's place....what do all of you think??? still a long way though....
