Bintan Trip - Cooking Living!!!

Beside all the Beach Activities. The trip is also about food. We brought in from Singapore over hundreds of dollar of Food for the BBQ and the meals ...Lunch and Dinner we are going to have over the next 3 days. Day 1 - Evening was our first Resort BBQ for the Family.

The Breakfast prepared by dear is healthy and colorful...Omelette Eggs with Fruit Salad
Toasted Break with Melted Butter!!!
The Finish Product!!!
After our Beach Activities in the morning, It is mum's Turn to prepare her favourite Dish - Chicken Curry
and Stir Fry Beehoon.
Of course ....we have this French Loaf to go with the Curry. How can such Delicious Curry (Yes, though I sweat buckets after eating the Curry)
Surprisingly the curry also goes well with the beehoon. Enhanced the taste so much more
Even the young ones appreciate the cooking...lol though not the curry (Too Spicy)
Wonder this pass Dear's super high standard or not??

Have try this a million times. Still like the taste...though I was never someone who like to eat Spicy stuff especially in public

Dinner was prepared together with me and Dear. Dear make lot of preparation before we just drop in the wok to Stir Friy

The Greens..... Broccoli

Dear decide to try making Chicken and Pork Stew. It is actually quite good.

As sister is allergy to Pork (due to her Pregnancy), mum added in 2 more dishes for her

Breaded Chicken

Stir Fry Fish

amd Chicken
Dinner was especially fulfilling, with lot of dishes to choose from

Can tell from the look of the face and the state of their plates to see if the food is good
Satisfied look..Both of us
Next Morning Breakfast - We tried to finished up whatever ingredients we brought from Singapore for the Breakfast.

As we will departed the Villa around 2.30pm. Was actually thinking of settle Lunch at one of the Resort's Resturant. But We found out that the prices are quite steep, and since we have some stuff still left over (Actually quite a lot). We decided to go "Home Cooked" food instead.

We finished up the left over rice by doing a Fried Rice with all the ingredients mixed in. Courtery of me the cook and Dear the Chef
We brought this from NTUC. Didn't taste as good though. The Sauce was not bad but the meat is a bit stiff..
Perfectly Done - Fish Eel

This Trip can also be remember by the Food we have. From Mum's Cooking, to Dear's cooking to my cooking after like 10 years since I learnt cooking in the UK.
