Family Trip to Bintan - Villa Living!!!

My First Trip of the Year, To Bintan, Thanks to the blessing Dear have @ her Company...Got hold of Weekend Chalet @ Bintan. Thank God for the Blessing. Know it is tough to get Chalet during the weekend. Took off in 2 Cabs in a Rainy Day (Opps some hippcup during the organisation of the Cab...) But All arrive in time and most important, not wet.

Getting Ready to do immigration and getting the ticket to our ferry

Xuan was super excited.

Keep asking us where the new house is and why we need to seat a boat to reach there.

After having a light Lunch @ the Terminal. We brought the Ferry for our 1hr Trip to Bintan Resort.
Bintan, part of Indonesia is 1 hr behind Singapore Time, Though we kinda reach there at 745pm, local Time, it is actually only 645pm in Singapore. But it is already quite Dark. Got Struck @ the immigration due to the amount of Food Stuff we are doing, But God is good, just a paperwork procedure - They inform us that we should get a permit from AVA. (But was wondering why need to do that...and who would do that and how to do it?) and let us enter...
Suppose to have a Buggy, but the one for our villa is spolit. The Hotel staff though was kind enough to send us to our villa, Dear was apparently disappointed....(didn't know about the buggy but it should be fun and more convenient if we did have one though)

The unit - #83
The Plan for night#1 is to do a BBQ. Beside the one we have earlier this year, this is the 2nd time I am having a BBQ.  But it is going to be a challenge as it is starting to rain again. It have been raining for the whole day

Setting up the Fire took us a while, my Bro-in-law definitely more experience than me...Set up 3 "pots" of Fires but only 1 manage to light up red. Because of the Rain, we actually resort to using an Umbrella to cover the Pit from water to ensure the fire burn.

Xuan super curious come over see what we are doing...

The ladies in the house busy preparing all the BBQ stuff for us to BBQ!!!

We finally got started sometime around 8pm. Hotdogs, Beef, Fish.....

Though this is the Guy's Responsibility, Dear's interest in cook extended to even BBQing

The amount of Food we BBQed was so much that at first we thought we didn't have enough to fill everyone. Luckily everyone super full.

Night Activities - Jigsaw Puzzle with the Kid and TV for the family. 10pm light off
But Dear was back to her PMS moody...wanting "couple time". Wondering what is there to see so dark in the night at a beach with no night activities....Hiaz....Dear spend the night at the beach with me in total silence.....(don find this romantic le)
